All sales are final.  Deposits are non-refundable but will go towards any kept appointment. The remaining balance(s) are due at the start of your service appointment. Your booked service cannot be changed during your appointment. Enough time is allotted ONLY for the style you've booked. No extra guests are permitted.

There is a $50 rescheduling fee if done within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. This fee must be paid in order to re-book and is non-refundable.

Please visit your email appointment confirmation and follow the prompts to cancel or reschedule.

If there is no current availability to reschedule through your confirmation email, you must cancel

and book a new date with another deposit. The prior deposit will move forward with your new booking.
