Before you book Wicks or Bonks

If you would like to set up an appointment, please be ready to share a video and a few photos of your hair from the front, side, and back with a full view of the length of your hair. Explain in the email exactly what you want done during your appointment. Include your name and appointment date also.

Appointment Day

Please arrive with a loose afro that is washed and dry if having starter wicks installed. Do NOT apply any oils or conditioners or detangle hair after washing; this hair is needed for your wicks.

Wicks Transfer Client

Hair must not have thread or rubber bands. ALL transfer clients with thread and/or rubber bands in wicks must first book an appointment called "The Works" to have these removed and a detail wash included. "The Works" includes: Wicks detox, wash, touch up, repair, and dry scalp treatment.

Wicks Child Client

An adult must accompany any child at all times, and the child client must be able to sit still to receive their service safely so as not to injure them or salon staff. Please understand that our concern is for the child's and our staff's safety. Refunds will not be permitted if child clients cannot sit to receive their service safely.

Perfected Flat Wicks

This service requires a 3-week turnaround from order to delivery.

Prepayment Policy

All sales are final. To avoid cancellation, payment is required upon receipt of your reminder email. Two reminder emails are sent, one 48 hours prior to the appointment and another 24 hours in advance. Your booked service cannot be changed during your appointment. Enough time is allotted ONLY for the style you've booked. Outside food and extra guests are not permitted.

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

Please visit your email appointment confirmation and follow the prompts to cancel or reschedule.

No Call+ No Show = No Rebooking

for future appointments.

There is a 14-minute grace period for Late Arrivals. If you are 15 minutes late or more, there is a late fee of $15 every 15 minutes. If, after 30 minutes, you have not arrived, your appointment will be canceled, and payment will not be refunded.
