An adult must accompany any child at all times, and the child client must be able to sit still to receive their service safely so as not to injure them or salon staff. Please understand that our concern is for the child's and our staff's safety. Refunds will not be permitted if child clients cannot sit to receive their service safely.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, especially anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any of our team members and/or clients. Special conditions: please notify management or your service provider if you or your child requires special accommodations i.e., pregnant, disabled, have allergies etc.

All sales are final. To avoid cancellation, payment is required upon receipt of your reminder email. Two reminder emails are sent, one 48 hours prior to the appointment and another 24 hours in advance. Your booked service cannot be changed during your appointment. Enough time is allotted ONLY for the style you've booked. Outside food and extra guests are not permitted.

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

Please visit your email appointment confirmation and follow the prompts to cancel or reschedule.

There is a 14-minute grace period for Late Arrivals. If you are 15 minutes late or more, there is a late fee of $15 every 15 minutes. If, after 30 minutes, you have not arrived, your appointment will be canceled, and payment will not be refunded.
