Before you book

If you would like to set up an appointment, please be ready to share a video and a few photos of your hair from the front, side, and back with a full view of the length of your hair. Explain in the email exactly what you want done during your appointment. Include your name and appointment date also.

Consultation Day

On the day of your consultation, please wash your hair with shampoo only. Do not blow dry or stretch out your hair or use conditioner. Washing early may be best so that the hair is not wet when you arrive. Your hair must be in its natural state.

Establishment Day

Please wash your hair 24-48 hrs before this appointment. Do NOT use conditioner or other products. Do NOT blow dry hair or stretch it out in any way. Simply wash and allow it to air dry.

The duration of this appointment varies and may take between 24 and 48 hours over the course of 2 and 3 days, depending upon head size, hair length, density, etc.

All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable but will go towards any kept appointment. The remaining balance(s) are due at the start of your service appointment. Your booked service cannot be changed during your appointment. Enough time is allotted ONLY for the style you've booked.

There is a $50 rescheduling fee if done within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. This fee must be paid in order to re-book and is non-refundable.

Please visit your email appointment confirmation and follow the prompts to cancel or reschedule.

If there is no current availability to reschedule through your confirmation email, you must cancel

and book a new date with another deposit. The prior deposit will move forward with your new booking.

No Call+ No Show = No Rebooking

for future appointments.

There is a 14-minute grace period for Late Arrivals. If you are 15 minutes late or more, there is a late fee of $20 every 15 minutes. If, after 30 minutes, you have not arrived, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
