The duration of henna lasting depends on skin type, water usage etc. Henna can last 2 weeks on the skin and 4 weeks on the brow hair. Avoid submerging your face in water the first 24-48 hrs, and avoid exfoliating until the brows begin to fade.
All sales are final. To avoid cancellation, payment is required upon receipt of your reminder email. Two reminder emails are sent, one 48 hours prior to the appointment and another 24 hours in advance. Your booked service cannot be changed during your appointment. Enough time is allotted ONLY for the style you've booked. Outside food and extra guests are not permitted.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Rescheduling/ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. All sales are final.

There is a 14-minute grace period for Late Arrivals. If you are 15 minutes late or more, there is a late fee of $15 every 15 minutes. If, after 30 minutes, you have not arrived, your appointment will be canceled, and payment will not be refunded.
